Online Therapy

Online therapy, wherever you are in the world.

Private psychotherapy by secure video — for English, Latvian and Russian speakers anywhere, in your own time zone, with a BABCP-registered therapist.

Whether you are a British expat abroad, an international professional, or simply someone who would rather meet from the comfort of home, online therapy makes it possible to work with the right therapist regardless of where you live.

Is online therapy effective?

Yes. A large body of research now shows that online therapy is as effective as meeting in person for most common difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress and many others. What makes therapy work — feeling understood, the quality of the relationship, the depth of the conversation — translates fully to video. Many people find the familiarity of their own space actually helps them open up.

Who online therapy suits

Online work is particularly valuable for: expats and the international community who want a therapist who understands their cultural context or speaks their language; people living somewhere with little local provision in English, Latvian or Russian; those with demanding schedules, travel or caring responsibilities; and anyone who simply feels more at ease at home.

Sessions in your language

I offer therapy in English, Latvian and Russian. For many people, doing the deep work of therapy in their mother tongue — rather than a second language — makes all the difference. Dedicated pages are available in Latvian and Russian.

How it works

Sessions are held over secure, confidential video. You choose a time that suits your time zone, book and pay online in advance, and receive a private link before each session. All you need is a quiet space, a stable connection and a device with a camera. It is simple, and I will guide you through it. There's more detail on how online therapy works.

What I help with

The same range as in-person work: anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, stress and burnout, self-esteem and life transitions. You're welcome to try a free self-assessment first.

Therapy in your part of the world

Wherever you are, sessions are arranged to suit your time zone:
